Refund/Return policy: NO REFUNDS. If your product is defective upon opening an email with a picture may be sent to come within 3 days of receiving shipment. We are not responsible for damage during shipment. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. Nail tools, sugar scrubs and nail polish pens are not eligible for a refund if damaged. Return shipping will not be refunded.

International fees: NZ nails will not be responsible for any fees that may be charged to receive your items.

Shipping: orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of ordering. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update. NZ nails is not responsible for shipment times once it leaves our office.

NZ nails can not guarantee the length of time your nails will stay on. Please do not use lotions, oils or submerge in water for 2-3 hours after applying your nail strips.
